1.The main features of the machine

2.1. E21 numerical control system:

The E21 numerical control system is produced by Nanjing Estun Company and has a special numerical control device for cutting and folding devices suitable for various users.

2.1.1 Built-in pressure holding time and unloading delay setting functions, the operation is more convenient, no time relay is needed, and the cost is reduced.

2.1.2 With parameter-key backup and restore function, parameters can be restored at any time as needed, reducing maintenance costs.

2.1.3 Support multi-step programming, complex workpieces can be processed at one time, improving production efficiency and processing accuracy.

2.2 German OKDO IPM series:

2.2.1 Adopt axial and radial pressure compensation design, which can maintain high volumetric efficiency even at low speed and low viscosity.

2.2.2 Ultra-low noise, the use of high-strength cast iron and a unique internal muffler design makes the noise even lower.

2.2.3 Extremely low flow and pressure pulsation, can maintain stable flow and pressure output at low speed.

4.Working environment and conditions of use

This machine is suitable for any material preparation workshop, and its conditions are:

  1. Ambient temperature: -10~+40℃ (the temperature of the fuel tank shall not be lower than +10℃)
  2. Relative humidity: ≤80% (+25℃)
  3. Power source: 3phase 380V±10% 50Hz(or customized)

This machine has no “three wastes” discharged, and the noise limit meets the requirements of JB9969-1999.

5.Installation, test, acceptance and after service

5.1.Seller should inform the buyer to inspect the machine in our factory after the machine is finished.

5.2.Seller should supply corresponding files and foundation drawings in 7 days after confirming the order.

5.3.If buyer needs the installation, test by seller, then the charges in China will be taken by seller. And charges out of China, such as tickets, and hotels, should be taken by the buyer.
