1) Adopting a real-time Windows operating system bundled with the core of the bending machine application, it is more convenient to operate and increases productivity.
2) Provide 2D product programming, automatic calculation of bending process, and collision detection functions.
Die clamping device
1）The bending mold is made of 42CrMov material, which is quenched as a whole.
2）The standard double-V lower mold has grooves of different sizes and shapes for selection, which is convenient for mold replacement and can bend regular plates.
3）Using high-strength cast iron and a unique internal muffler design, making the noise even lower.
Electrical Parts
1) The machine is equipped with Eston’s original self-adaptive electrical box assembly, which has strong anti-interference ability and stable electrical performance.
2) Compared with the traditional stepping motor, the precision of the servo motor is improved to ± 0.01 mm, the noise is reduced to 25 decibels, the energy consumption is reduced by 60%, the con oil pan has 70% less hydraulic oil, and the efficiency is 30% higher.
Automatic Compensation System
Calculates the compensation value based on the overall deformation of the ram and table, making the deformation curve of the bed seamlessly aligned with the compensation curve, ensuring the best straightness and angular consistency of the product.

5.Installation, test, acceptance and after service
5.1.Seller should inform the buyer to inspect the machine in our factory after the machine is finished.
5.2.Seller should supply corresponding files and foundation drawings in 7 days after confirming the order.
5.3.If buyer needs the installation, test by seller, then the charges in China will be taken by seller. And charges out of China, such as tickets, and hotels, should be taken by the buyer.
